Construction of a turnkey hybrid solar power station has been completed in the Makariv district, Kyiv region.
The client approached us with the issue of frequent power outages in their home, as well as unstable voltage at the entrance to the house. An audit of the facility revealed and confirmed the client’s needs. After discussing 8 equipment options and project implementations, we came to the following solution – to install a solar power station with a capacity of 10 kW.
The peculiarity of this project is that the station operates within a cooperative where it is not possible to enter into an agreement with the Kyiv Regional Energy Company and DTEK Kyivoblenergo for the purchase and sale of electricity at the “green” tariff for a private household. Considering this, we held several meetings with the cooperative management, proposing to organize the offset of consumed and generated electricity for the client’s home. The replacement of the meter with a bidirectional one was carried out by the cooperative staff. As a result, the client gained the opportunity to return excess electricity to the cooperative under certain conditions and use the transferred kWh for their needs in the winter.
Main equipment of the power station:
– 39 Photovoltaic modules produced by the world leader Ja Solar at 320W each (12.5 kW).
– Hybrid inverter produced by Solis – 10 kW with Wi-Fi monitoring.
– PylonTech HV 9.6 kWh battery with a voltage of 192V.
– Protective equipment produced by ETI.
– Aluminum mounting system – Spline Systems.
The projected annual generation of the system is 12,000 kWh.
The station paid off on the day when the electricity disappeared from the grid.
