The technical task from the customer was formulated simply, but the implementation required a lot of project work.
We needed to ensure the autonomous operation of the enterprise in the field, as connecting to the regional power grid was cost-prohibitive. The main load was the irrigation system, consisting of 4 pumps for 2.2 kW wells each, as well as 2 irrigation pumps for 5.5 kW each. This also included security and staff buildings, totaling a 20 kW load with growth potential.
As seen in the photo, the entire metal structure for 70 kW solar panels has already been built, but initially, only 45 kW was installed.
The inverter equipment is of premium quality, specifically from Victron, with a total capacity of 45 kVA.
The batteries at the first stage have a capacity of 20 kWh.
Since March, the generator has not been turned on a single time at the enterprise.
